We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products. However, because human hair is a natural product, variations may occur between individual bundles, units, shipments, textures, lengths, patterns, densities, and colors.

Such reasonable variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, and other factors.

Curl and wave patterns may also vary after washing, conditioning, styling, manipulation, or exposure to moisture.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable product description, product measurements, weights, densities, and other specifications may be approximate.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and selecting the appropriate product, texture, length, color, and quantity before completing a purchase.

3. HUMAN HAIR PRODUCT CARE AND EXPECTATIONS

Human hair extensions require appropriate maintenance and care.

The lifespan and appearance of hair products can vary substantially depending upon factors including:

• Installation method;
• Frequency of wear;
• Washing and conditioning practices;
• Products applied to the hair;
• Heat styling;
• Chemical processing;
• Coloring or bleaching;
• Swimming;
• Sleeping practices;
• Environmental conditions; and
• General maintenance.

Sweet Elegance does not guarantee a specific lifespan for hair extensions unless an express written warranty applicable to a particular product states otherwise.

Normal characteristics of human hair, including reasonable shedding, differences in texture or curl pattern, and changes resulting from washing or styling, do not automatically indicate that a product is defective.

Customers should follow all applicable product-care instructions.

4. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

• A product is unavailable;
• Product or pricing information contains an error;
• Payment cannot be authorized;
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity;
• An order appears to be intended for unauthorized resale;
• Shipping restrictions prevent fulfillment; or
• Information provided by the customer is incomplete or inaccurate.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue any refund required under applicable law and our policies.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order.

5. PRICES, PAYMENTS AND BILLING

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting an order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to a shipping carrier, we may be unable to change the shipping address.

Processing times and shipping/transit times are separate.

Any shipping or delivery dates provided by Sweet Elegance are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Carrier delays, weather events, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, customs delays, labor disruptions, peak-season volume, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law regarding delayed or undelivered merchandise.

8. SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS AND RETURNED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or refused address, the customer may be responsible for additional reasonable shipping costs associated with reshipment, except where prohibited by law or where the return resulted from our error.

If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

9. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that a shipment is lost, damaged, or otherwise experiences a delivery problem, please contact Sweet Elegance promptly so that we can determine the appropriate next steps.

We may request photographs, packaging information, carrier documentation, an affidavit, or other reasonably necessary information when investigating a claim.

Where appropriate, we may initiate or assist with a carrier claim.

A carrier's delivery scan will be considered evidence of delivery but will not eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Customers are encouraged to select a secure delivery location.

10. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND HAIR HYGIENE

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because hair extensions and certain beauty products are personal-use products, eligibility for return or exchange may depend upon the condition of the product.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly permitted by our Return & Refund Policy, hair that has been materially used or altered may be ineligible for return or exchange.

Examples may include hair that has been:

• Installed or worn;
• Cut;
• Washed;
• Colored or bleached;
• Chemically treated;
• Permed or relaxed;
• Altered from its original condition;
• Removed from applicable security or hygiene packaging where the Return & Refund Policy states that doing so affects return eligibility; or
• Otherwise used in a manner preventing the product from being reasonably resold for hygiene or product-integrity reasons.

Customers should thoroughly inspect their hair before installation, washing, coloring, cutting, removing applicable return-control packaging, or otherwise altering the product.

If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us promptly and before materially altering or installing the product whenever reasonably possible.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates any non-waivable rights relating to defective, damaged, misrepresented, or undelivered merchandise.

11. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We take product-quality concerns seriously.

If you believe an item was defective, damaged before delivery, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

We may request:

• Your order number;
• Photographs or video;
• Photographs of product packaging;
• A description of the issue; and
• Other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

Submitting a claim does not automatically establish that a product is defective.

If we determine that a qualifying defect or fulfillment error occurred, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law and our applicable policy.

12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Any voluntary return, exchange, store-credit, or refund rights offered by Sweet Elegance are governed by the Return & Refund Policy posted on the Site at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SWEET ELEGANCE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SWEET ELEGANCE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO SWEET ELEGANCE FOR THE PRODUCT OR TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

23. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sweet Elegance and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

• Your unlawful misuse of the Services;
• Your violation of another person's rights; or
• User Content submitted by you that violates these Terms or applicable law.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Sweet Elegance for Sweet Elegance's own unlawful conduct where such an obligation would be prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to take reasonable measures to protect Sweet Elegance and our customers from suspected fraud, identity theft, payment fraud, unauthorized transactions, account misuse, or other unlawful activity.

These measures may include requesting additional verification, delaying fulfillment while an order is reviewed, canceling an order, restricting account access, or providing relevant information to payment processors or law enforcement where legally appropriate.

25. FORCE MAJEURE

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably determine that you have materially violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or unlawful activity, threatened the security of our Site, or otherwise misused our Services.

Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will survive termination.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional terms expressly applicable to particular products, promotions, or Services, constitute the agreement between you and Sweet Elegance regarding your use of the Services.

Nothing in this section limits representations, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable federal law or another jurisdiction's non-waivable consumer-protection laws apply.

Any court proceeding arising from these Terms that is not otherwise subject to a valid alternative dispute-resolution agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Michigan, to the extent such venue selection is permitted by applicable law.
